1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Nandighosh Mobility Private Limited (CIN: U52291OD2026PTC052485), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Balasore, Odisha, India.

By booking a ticket or travelling on any bus operated by Nandighosh, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are operated in compliance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and the rules framed thereunder, as applicable in the State of Odisha and the Republic of India.
2. Booking & Tickets
- Tickets can be booked through our website (https://www.nandighoshbus.com), by phone, via WhatsApp, or through authorised booking agents.
- A confirmed ticket is valid only for the date, time, route, seat number, and bus mentioned on the ticket.
- Passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport, or PAN Card) during the journey.
- Tickets are non-transferable. The name on the ticket must match the passenger's ID.
- Children below 5 years of age travel free without a separate seat. Children above 5 years require a full ticket.
- Nandighosh reserves the right to deny boarding if a valid ticket and/or photo ID is not presented.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Key points include:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before departure: 90% refund.
- Cancellation 12–24 hours before departure: 75% refund.
- Cancellation 6–12 hours before departure: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 6 hours before departure or no-show: No refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Luggage Policy
- Each passenger is permitted to carry one piece of luggage (up to 15 kg) and one small hand bag free of charge.
- Additional or excess luggage may be carried subject to availability of space and applicable charges.
- Hazardous materials, inflammable substances, firearms, explosives, illegal goods, and items prohibited under Indian law are strictly forbidden.
- Perishable goods, fragile items, and valuables (cash, jewellery, electronics) are carried at the passenger's own risk.
- Nandighosh shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to luggage unless caused by the proven negligence of our staff.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited on board:
- Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, gutka, or any narcotic substances.
- Disorderly behaviour, use of abusive language, or harassment of co-passengers or staff.
- Damage to bus property or fixtures.
- Playing loud music or causing disturbance to fellow passengers.
- Travelling on the roof, footboard, or any area not designated for passengers.
Violation of these rules may result in the passenger being de-boarded at the nearest stop without refund, and legal action may be initiated under applicable provisions of the Indian Penal Code and Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Nandighosh Mobility Private Limited operates its buses in accordance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and relevant state transport regulations.
- Our liability for delays, cancellations, or route diversions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, curfews, road blockages, government orders, or any event beyond our reasonable control) shall be limited to rebooking on the next available service or a full refund of the ticket fare.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays or cancellations.
- In the event of an accident, liability shall be determined in accordance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and the orders of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
- All buses are insured as mandated under Indian law. Passengers are advised to maintain their own travel insurance for additional coverage.
7. Schedule & Route Changes
- Nandighosh reserves the right to alter schedules, routes, bus types, or fares without prior notice due to operational requirements.
- In case of cancellation of a service by us, passengers will be offered a full refund or rebooking on the next available service at no additional cost.
- Departure and arrival times are approximate. We endeavour to maintain punctuality but cannot guarantee exact timings due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:
- The Motor Vehicles Act, 1988
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Balasore, Odisha, India.
9. Modifications
Nandighosh Mobility Private Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
