Delete your account
You can delete your Nandighosh account at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens to your data.
In the app
- Open the Nandighosh app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.

What we delete and what we keep
Deleted straight away
- Your name, email address and phone number on your profile
- Your sign-in, so the account can no longer be used
- The devices registered for trip notifications
- Any unused travel credit
Kept for a limited time
Tickets and payment records, because Indian tax and company law requires us to keep them (up to 8 years). They are never used for marketing and are erased after that.
