The role
Keep every coach in the fleet in top condition and ready for the road. You plan the maintenance, schedule the coaches and lead the people who look after them.
Nandighosh is a family-run bus company, on the road since 1998. This is a full-time role based in Balasore.
What you will do
- Plan and track maintenance for every coach in the fleet
- Schedule coaches so each one is serviced on time and ready when it is needed
- Lead and manage the team that keeps the fleet on the road
- Keep clear records of repairs, parts and costs
Requirements
- Degree preferred (mechanical / automobile background a plus)
- Vehicle maintenance and scheduling experience
- Leadership and team management skills
